CML have undertaken commissioning, management and record documentation services on many major manufacturing facilities over the past 20 years.To ensure the processes and environment are performing as designed to program to allow production to commence on-time, it is essential that a structured commissioning process is planned and implemented. In particular where clean-room production environments are required the need for effective managed commissioning becomes a prerequisite.In such facilities our role focuses on :-
  • Process plant interface – Ensuring the hook-up of vendor plant and equipment is a seamless event, co-ordinating to ensure commissioning of the utility connections is completed prior to and verified following connection.
  • Services & building fabric interface – Important in any facility but essential in this sector where clean-room conditions are critical. Our commissioning plan focuses on ensuring the building fabric completion milestones are clearly defined and monitored to allow commissioning to progress unhindered.
  • FM Team Training – Ensuring the plant FM team have clear, comprehensive and certified training on all equipment to allow confidence at handover of the facility.
