In modern complex, energy efficient residential developments the services and their interfaces can be as complex as those in any other sector – thus the need for a structured commissioning process is becoming ever more critical.CML have provided the full range of commissioning, management and record documentation services on many such complex residential developments over the past 20 years. The key factors associated with the commissioning of such developments include :-
  • Environment quality – Ensuring commissioned performance harmonises with the quality of surroundings and as such the environment of customers is not compromised.
  • Occupier user information – Ensuring that final record and O&M information is provided on two levels; one to satisfy the requirements of any FM or maintenance provider; and importantly one that satisfies the more straightforward plain English step-by-step user requirements of the unit occupier.
  • Special systems interfaces – Ensuring all key user systems – e.g. door entry systems, TV, audio and lighting systems - integrate fully to exacting standards, interfacing where appropriate to the typical HVAC control and alarm systems.
