CML have undertaken all commissioning, management and record documentation services on many high profile retail developments over the past 20 years. In each instance our role is focused on issues particularly associated with retail developments including :--
  • Life safety systems – Ensuring that all life safety systems are fully integrated and proven 100%, including any tenant/mall interfaces, working with the statutory authrorities from day one of appointment.
  • Tenant hook-up (where applicable) – Ensuring that all tenant operational interface requirements - such as fire alarms, sprinklers, water supplies and power – are clearly understood, tested and proven to program to ensure the development operates as a fully integrated entity.
  • Commissioning plan & performance flexibility – Flexibility in M&E design is essential to meet the ever changing requirements of the retail industry. It is essential that our approach in commissioning planning and execution reflects this flexibility, with the ability to change performance requirements as required without delay.
